Immunoncology and Molecular Immunology

Immunooncology therapies activate our immune system, making it able to recognize cancer cells and destroy them. Breast cancer is one of the major cancer types for which new immune-based cancer treatments are currently in development. Lung cancer surgery carries risks, including bleeding and infection. Clinical trials are studies of experimental lung cancer treatments.
